Noah is the company’s CEO. He is the son of founder M. Willis White and has been in the CEO position since 2012. Noah is responsible for setting the strategy and vision for White Properties. Background and Early Career Noah was born in Tucson, Arizona on June 27, 1982, to parents Willis and Ramana Douglas-White. When he was four years old, Noah’s family relocated to Winchester, VA, Willis White’s hometown. Willis White formed White Properties of Winchester, Inc. in 1986 and entered the property development business. After high school, Noah remained home for a year to work at White Properties before enrolling at Radford University where he obtained a bachelor degree in Business Administration-Management. Noah knew he wanted to take on the challenge of a family business. After college, Noah moved back to Winchester to work full time at White Properties. He began in operations, completing daily tasks and functions of the company. Within a year, Noah moved into sales and marketing to help create cohesiveness among the products and services offered by White Properties. In 2009, Noah began working in the finance department where he focused on cost controls and growing revenue. Noah was promoted to the CEO position in 2012. In this position, Noah is responsible for operations, marketing, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulation, sales, PR, etc. Noah embraces the opportunity to work for the business founded by his father. He understands he is ultimately responsible for the success and failure of White Properties businesses and couldn’t imagine it any other way. Noah looks forward to the opportunities and challenges presented with the continued growth of White Properties.
Bill has been with White Properties since 1985. Having been with the company from just about the beginning he has held many positions and is currently the Operations Manager. In his free time he enjoys gardening, bluegrass festivals, and spending time with his family and friends.
Sharon started working for White Properties in 2001. She worked with the shipping aspect of the business first then transitioned into the Record Solutions and Secure Shred. Most recently, Sharon moved into the storage aspect of the business. She lives in Clarke County and has 3 grown children. Sharon loves vacationing near the beach.
Robin got her start at White Properties in July 2007. She began as a Mail-n-Pack and Storage Associate, doing rentals of self-storage and running the shipping aspect of the business. Over the years she has moved into the position of Finance Director. In her spare time she enjoys camping and being at home surrounded by her four-legged friends.
Jonathan has been with White Properties since July of 2011.He began his journey there as Assistant Record Storage Manager. He also assists with Secure Shred, as well as E-Cycle Solutions, and is the Item Manager for Itimizit. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing soccer.
Tina first came to White Properties in October 1997 and currently serves as our Commercial and Residential Property Manager and Social Media Manager. She was born and raised in the Winchester area and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Shenandoah University. Tina likes spending time with her family and friends outside of work and watching her daughters play sports. She also enjoys running, working out, and going to the movies.
David came to White Properties at the end of 2012.He was needed for a 6 month job converting a warehouse to climate controlled self storage. David’s motivation and friendly attitude was quickly recognized and those 6 months turned into a full time position. David services all the heating and air conditioning for the offices and storage facilities. During his time here, he completed the courses to become a certified HVAC Technician. David’s hobbies include playing guitar, riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, and home improvement.
Glenda has been with White Properties since December 2014. She maintains the office at Rainville Road. In her freetime she loves spending time with her husband, children and her dogs. She also enjoys spending time outside when it’s a beautiful sunny day.
Jen started with WP in the Spring of 2015. Her focus with the company is the appearance and cleanliness of all the facilities. Jen is a Sherando graduate and a big fan of summertime and outdoor activities with her two sons.
Joe began working with White Properties in July of 2015. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the construction department. His role includes new construction and maintenance of the WP properties with an emphasis on cost control. Joe hails from Winchester and enjoys spending time with family and friends and golfing.
Sean started working for White Properties in the summer of 2015. He plays an integral role in the maintenance and construction of all the WP buildings. He came to the United States from Jamaica 17 years ago with his wife. In Sean’s free time, he enjoys entertaining people with his DJ skills and playing soccer with his sons. Cooking however, is his passion. One day, Sean hopes to own his own restaurant.
Kirk started at White Properties in the fall of 2015. He is an intergral part of the maintance staff. His time is well spent ensuring working order of the commercial and residential properties. Kirk has experience in real estate, plumbing and HVAC. He is a huge Washington Capitals fan, an avid baker and cat lover.
Nelson has been with White Properties since March 2017. His primary role is at our headquarters as a customer service representative in the front office as well as assisting with Secure Shred and Record Storage. Nelson was born and raised in Winchester and is a graduate of John Handley High School. His interests outside of work include spending time with family and friends, listening to music, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.
Stan came to White Properties in September 2017. He’s been in the construction field since the age of 15 and is a carpenter by trade. However, Stan isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and help in all aspects of the field. Originally from Huntington, PA, Stan moved to the area in 1996 and enjoys being a father, boating, motorcycles, hunting, and fishing with his boys.
Yogi has been with White Properties since November 2017 and is one of our dedicated maintenance technicians. Born and raised in Winchester, Yogi graduated from James Wood High School in 1976 and previously worked as a nursing assistant at Winchester Medical Center for 38 years. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and listening to bluegrass music.
Rachel has been with White Properties since February 2018. Her current role is at our headquarters where she is a sales associate in the front office. Rachel was born in Rhode Island and grew up in Massachusetts before relocating to Winchester, VA in 2009 where she currently calls home. She is a Millbrook High School graduate and has completed coursework at Lord Fairfax Community College. Her professional background includes customer service as well as experience working as a preschool teacher. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and traveling.
Keegan has been with White Properties since August 2018 and is our current Marketing Manager. He was born and raised in the Winchester area and graduated from James Madison University with a BM in Music Industry and trumpet studies. His prior experience includes work in the music, audiovisual, and gym industries. Outside of work, Keegan’s interests span amateur photography, hiking, music, cycling, skiing, and weightlifting.
Audrey has been with White Properties since October 2018. She was brought on to clarify systems and streamline policies and procedures. Audrey is a Pittsburgh native and moved to Berryville, VA in 1986. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, family, art, music, photography, gardening, and napping.
Tèa came to White Properties in October 2018 and currently serves as one of our customer service representatives. Originally from Winchester, Tèa lived in Hawaii for 2 years before moving back to the area in the summer of 2018. She plans to go back to school to pursue a degree in business, and enjoys adventuring, eating lots of food (Mexican is her favorite), her dogs, and surfing when she has the opportunity.
