From our first contact with White Properties...we knew this was the storage unit that was best for us. Throughout the whole reservation process...Jillian was kind and extremely helpful. Moving from Colorado to Virginia...finding a secure storage unit was a challenge. Jillian made the challenge easy and simple. And the storage unit when we arrived was super clean...with even a welcome bag including 2 T-shirts for me and my wife.
This is a first-class storage unit...very secure...with exceptional customer service.
I recommend that you try it and you will find the same for yourself.

I won a fragile mirror in an auction and it was shipped by White Properties. Always very fearful about shipping mirrors, I was actually put at ease when I received a call from Jillian who assured me that she was going to make sure to ship the mirror and it would arrive to me in South Florida in flawless condition. And she was absolutely correct! When I opened the box which was taped very tightly, it was packaged with peanuts and the mirror was wrapped in bubble wrap along with that blue sticker to help protect the mirror itself. Thank you Jillian and White Properties for going above and beyond in taking care of customer's items.

This was, By Far, the Best Experience I have ever had with a shipping company (I refresh Cabbage Patch Kids, so I have shipped & received hundreds of dolls)…My items arrived VERY Fast, and it was packaged Exactly as I asked them.
They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they even recycled a few things for me.
It was a pleasant surprise that a family owned shipping company could make my day, but they sure did it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the convenience they afford for FedEx drop offs. My business requires a receipt for every package I send out and they happy to do this for me. The ladies behind the desk are very friendly and highly efficient. I will continue to use them for all my packing and shipping needs!

I recently bought almost a hundred pieces of mostly china and some crystal, all vintage from an auction house. All was meticulously packed by Allie. I’ve never seen such a professional packing job and can’t even imagine what could have happened to those boxes for anything to break. All was perfect upon arrival except for one tiny sugar bowl lid that was missing. It was an easy thing to miss. Not listed as a separate item from the auction house, not packed with the sugar bowl. However after calling Allie and Jillian they found it within minutes and shipped it immediately. I received it four days after the original order which is unbelievably quick as it was coming from Virginia to Colorado. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them!

Over the last several years I've had many items shipped to me. This is only the second time I've felt like I was fairly charged. From shipping cost to tracking, Allie did a great job communicating thoughout the process. My item arrived well packed and safe.

Talk about great customer service, literally was in a bind and needed a unit immediately. Came in off a wing to see if they could help out and WOW they went above and beyond to accommodate, not only did Jillian & Jen find a unit for me but one of them is coming in on their day off just to get it ready for me!!! All of our interactions with the staff have been helpful and satisfying. Ally and Glenda have always both been great. They are patient on the phone, answer questions, and very helpful on site. The facility is new and in good shape. Belongings are safe and secure here. The helpful staff and quality of the facility make it a good value.

Loved my time with White Properties! I have had a total of 3 units at 2 different Properties over the years and each one has been a wonderful, easy experience. Only reason we got rid of our units is because we moved out of state and wanted our stuff (understandably) closer to us. I used their shipping services through a local auction house and the packing was excellent. There were fragile items protected in bubble wrap and sharp items hand notes labeled "Be careful sharp"!

Jillian was in charge of packing and shipping an antique glass globe for a lantern. She made contact with me on several occasions just to keep me informed and updated on my item. Jillian did an excellent job in securing my glass in such a way that it survived being shipped from Virginia to north Louisiana. White properties mail n pack is the company that took care of shipping my items to me. I was concerned about shipping my glass lamps thru the mail. Not only did they wrap them in double layer bubble wrap but then they placed them in packing peanuts. I am very impressed with the level of quality and care taken on my packages. I’ve used White Properties for years for both shredding and shipping. Jillian and the crew take extra care with packaging everything up, the pack rates are reasonable, and they have access to ALL the major carriers. This place comes highly recommended. I had sent them my wrong address, my own fault. Jillian was an absolute sweetheart, and worked extra hard to ensure my local post office held the package for me to pick up! Who does that kind of service anymore! My son will now enjoy his Christmas present!

This family owned company is extremely customer service oriented 🙂 From my first inquiry with Glenda about available space for a specific loading/unloading situation, they have accommodated me to find the right space for my requirements. As my needs changed over the course of the year, Jillian and Ali at the Commerce St. location went above and beyond for me! The entire team is knowledgeable and friendly 🙂 I would highly recommend renting storage space from White properties- the fact that they have many locations in and around Winchester is a real bonus. In short, Storage Solutions offers excellent value for both space and service!

I just received a vintage Turntable which White Properties Mail N' Pack, did the packaging and shipping on. Wow. customer service. I was contacted twice by them. Once to question how I wanted it shipped and another to let me know the day it was being shipped. It arrived the next day. And OMG, it took me 5 minutes to unwrap it. Well done!!! All shippers should be this good. Highly recommend this company!

I have received several shipments of glass from White Properties. The pieces are always packed very well and shipped at a reasonable price. It's a storage place: convenient, clean, accessible. They're mostly all the same right? How much can you really say about a giant metal box divided into smaller ones? No, what sets White Properties apart is the staff, and especially Jenn. She is the BALM (which is like the bomb, but less violent and more soothing). Genuinely friendly and helpful, Jenn just radiates positivity and light. When our paths cross, our chats never fail to brighten my day. And Jenn has always gone above and beyond, helping us close a unit and saving us a trip back to the office, just because she happened to be there that day doing other work; and another time she helped with some trash disposal. Her work is often dirty, arduous, and anything but glamorous, but you'd never know it from the smile on her face. Jenn is a star.

I desperately needed a storage place to keep my products in Virginia. I leave overseas and there was no way I could have managed to get this done. A removalist recommended White Properties, I was a bit hesitant then I was given a number to call. After talking to a lovely staff there, I was given the best service I have ever had. Thanks Jil for all your support, you really went above and beyond. I highly recommend white properties for all the storage needed. They’re affordable and their customer care is epic.

Ive mostly dealt with Jillian at their office for any of my questions, very polite and informative.

When I returned to Winchester I had to deal with several issues that I really was not looking forward to.
The biggest issue was the storage unit the beyond to my son.
When I went to the office of White properties I was greeted by Jillian. Within a matter of minutes I was made to feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands.
Jillian is an extraordinary young woman, very pleasing to work with and most of all made the transition of the storeage unit from my son to me with ease.
As for the unit itself is was pleased to find the unit was clean, dry and the surrounding area in the same condition. Jen does a wonderful job keeping the entire area clean & neat at all times.
My many thanks to both ladies for making a difficult time in my life easier due to their hard work.

I have utilized Mail-n-Pack to ship items I have won in on line auctions in Winchester to southern VA for several years now. I have always been satisfied with their service. The employees I speak to on the phone are pleasant. Their packaging is top-notch for shipping via FedEx which I use. I appreciate the employees and what they do. I would recommend using White Properties and Mail-n-Pack!

I was in the market for a storage unit for the summer and came across White Properties. The associate who helped me was Jillian. She was so courteous and helpful! I won a lot in an auction in Virginia and I was worried the circus it would cause being shipped to Ontario, Canada, EH! The Auctioneer sent my goods to White Properties. Fortunately, Jillian was incredibly helpful with informing me the costs, the logistics and the care she would have wrapping my goods. White Properties and Jillian made the experience great with no stress involved!

I moved homes in Winchester and needed a temporary storage until I could move in to my new house. Prices seemed good, so I chose White Properties. The unit was spotless. I ended up talking to one of the workers (Jennifer) who did the cleaning and she went through everything she does for pest control and security too. Very nice lady and made me happy I chose them. Definitely recommended.

The people who work here make this place great! They are always friendly, engaging, helpful, and always professional, and they work hard. Great teamwork is fostered by management and it shows in the employees that work here. I have utilized White Properties for more than 18 years, at various locations they have had over the years. Very reasonably priced postal box rentals, and same for rental units. I really love the fact that you can have UPS and USPS packages shipped to you and since they have an office on site, they handle the storage of the items until you are able to pick them up. Fantastic! Thank you to everyone who has worked here over the years who have been so awesome to me and the other White Properties customers!

I purchased an auction item and needed it shipped. The item was delivered on Monday to White Properties and I received a phone call from Jillian on Tuesday for shipping information. My item was delivered Wednesday in great condition. Jillian was very friendly and professional. Between the auction company and White Properties my first experience shopping this way was stress free. Highly recommend this business.

How happy am I to have received my package in perfect condition in just one day. My vintage Santa was well packaged by Jillian, who was such a kind and caring person. We experienced the absolute best customer service experience ever. I went in yesterday to get information on storage units for my elderly mother. Jillian went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me with all the necessary information needed. I took my mom back today to secure the unit and had the same excellent service from Jillian and Cyn. Amazing company, on so many levels. Kristen has been so kind to me, as I navigated legal notarizations of documents, overnight services, as well as copies, and general support during a very sad time. She was supportive and kind.

This is the second time I've utilized White Properties, and I can't say enough about the service the cleanliness, and the office staff. Jillian is new at White Properties and great at customer service, walking me through the paperwork, and even carried my packing paper to my car. She's a keeper!

The staff here has been AMAZING at getting me set up with a unit and explaining how the process works. They have auto pay, climate controlled units, and their prices are the best in the area. They also allow month to month renting with no contract required. I'm able to buy box bundles from them as well to assist in moving all of my belongings. If you're looking to rent a storage unit for any amount of time, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Definitely one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They let me prorate my lease and they had everything I needed to pack up my stuff at a really good price. Kristen especially was very kind, efficient, and helpful. She even helped me load all my things into the car!
