From our first contact with White Properties...we knew this was the storage unit that was best for us. Throughout the whole reservation process...Jillian was kind and extremely helpful. Moving from Colorado to Virginia...finding a secure storage unit was a challenge. Jillian made the challenge easy and simple. And the storage unit when we arrived was super clean...with even a welcome bag including 2 T-shirts for me and my wife.
This is a first-class storage unit...very secure...with exceptional customer service.

I won a fragile mirror in an auction and it was shipped by White Properties. Always very fearful about shipping mirrors, I was actually put at ease when I received a call from Jillian who assured me that she was going to make sure to ship the mirror and it would arrive to me in South Florida in flawless condition. And she was absolutely correct! When I opened the box which was taped very tightly, it was packaged with peanuts and the mirror was wrapped in bubble wrap along with that blue sticker to help protect the mirror itself. Thank you Jillian and White Properties for going above and beyond in taking care of customer's items.

I recently bought almost a hundred pieces of mostly china and some crystal, all vintage from an auction house. All was meticulously packed by Allie. I’ve never seen such a professional packing job and can’t even imagine what could have happened to those boxes for anything to break. All was perfect upon arrival except for one tiny sugar bowl lid that was missing. It was an easy thing to miss. Not listed as a separate item from the auction house, not packed with the sugar bowl. However after calling Allie and Jillian they found it within minutes and shipped it immediately. I received it four days after the original order which is unbelievably quick as it was coming from Virginia to Colorado. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them!

I’ve used White Properties for years for both shredding and shipping. Jillian and the crew take extra care with packaging everything up, the pack rates are reasonable, and they have access to ALL the major carriers. Unlike the FedEx and UPS ship centers, they will compare prices & delivery times to get you the best quote. They are locally owned and will treat you like family.

I just received a vintage Turntable which White Properties Mail N' Pack, did the packaging and shipping on. Wow. customer service. I was contacted twice by them. Once to question how I wanted it shipped and another to let me know the day it was being shipped. It arrived the next day. And OMG, it took me 5 minutes to unwrap it. Well done!!! It's a storage place: convenient, clean, accessible. They're mostly all the same right? How much can you really say about a giant metal box divided into smaller ones? No, what sets White Properties apart is the staff, and especially Jenn. She is the BALM (which is like the bomb, but less violent and more soothing). Genuinely friendly and helpful, Jenn just radiates positivity and light. When our paths cross, our chats never fail to brighten my day. And Jenn has always gone above and beyond, helping us close a unit and saving us a trip back to the office, just because she happened to be there that day doing other work; and another time she helped with some trash disposal. Her work is often dirty, arduous, and anything but glamorous, but you'd never know it from the smile on her face. Jenn is a star.

When I returned to Winchester I had to deal with several issues that I really was not looking forward to.
The biggest issue was the storage unit the beyond to my son.
When I went to the office of White properties I was greeted by Jillian. Within a matter of minutes I was made to feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands.
Jillian is an extraordinary young woman, very pleasing to work with and most of all made the transition of the storeage unit from my son to me with ease.
As for the unit itself is was pleased to find the unit was clean, dry and the surrounding area in the same condition. Jen does a wonderful job keeping the entire area clean & neat at all times.
My many thanks to both ladies for making a difficult time in my life easier due to their hard work.

The people who work here make this place great! They are always friendly, engaging, helpful, and always professional, and they work hard. Great teamwork is fostered by management and it shows in the employees that work here. I have utilized White Properties for more than 18 years, at various locations they have had over the years. Very reasonably priced postal box rentals, and same for rental units. I really love the fact that you can have UPS and USPS packages shipped to you and since they have an office on site, they handle the storage of the items until you are able to pick them up. The staff here has been AMAZING at getting me set up with a unit and explaining how the process works. They have auto pay, climate controlled units, and their prices are the best in the area. They also allow month to month renting with no contract required. I'm able to buy box bundles from them as well to assist in moving all of my belongings.
