Dan Whitacre entered into the real estate field a little over a year ago and has already sold over 30 homes in the Winchester and Frederick County area. Dan moved into the field after owning a sporting goods retail store. The many lasting relationships he gained from that experience is a large contributor to the success he has already garnered. He also attributes his good start to the knowledge of the community he has from being a native of the area.
Realtors utilize White Properties to assist their clients with a magnitude of services. Occasionally people will sell their homes prior to purchasing another home and will need storage for their belongings. Dan’s most common advice to his clients when listing a home is to declutter. Valet storage gives them an excellent resource for organizing storage in their own home or storing off-site with the unique ability to know exactly where their possessions are and have them delivered with a simple request.
Dan is very involved in the community where he works and lives. He is on the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Public Relations Committee for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. The Public Relations Committee is kick starting a charitable campaign that will allow all Realtors in the association to donate to a selected charity each quarter. The first recipient will be the Evans Home for Children.
When Dan’s not working and contributing to the community you can find him hanging out with his fiancé or playing soccer or hockey at Body Renew Sports Center.
