It's a storage place: convenient, clean, accessible. They're mostly all the same right? How much can you really say about a giant metal box divided into smaller ones? No, what sets White Properties apart is the staff, and especially Jenn. She is the BALM (which is like the bomb, but less violent and more soothing). Genuinely friendly and helpful, Jenn just radiates positivity and light. When our paths cross, our chats never fail to brighten my day. And Jenn has always gone above and beyond, helping us close a unit and saving us a trip back to the office, just because she happened to be there that day doing other work; and another time she helped with some trash disposal. Her work is often dirty, arduous, and anything but glamorous, but you'd never know it from the smile on her face. Jenn is a star.

I desperately needed a storage place to keep my products in Virginia. I leave overseas and there was no way I could have managed to get this done. A removalist recommended White Properties, I was a bit hesitant then I was given a number to call. After talking to a lovely staff there, I was given the best service I have ever had. Thanks Jil for all your support, you really went above and beyond. I highly recommend white properties for all the storage needed. They’re affordable and their customer care is epic.

When it comes to storage, I have no reason to look anywhere else here in Winc. Va.Ive mostly dealt with Jillian at their office for any of my questions, very polite and informative.No complaints!

When I returned to Winchester I had to deal with several issues that I really was not looking forward to.The biggest issue was the storage unit the beyond to my son.When I went to the office of White properties I was greeted by Jillian. Within a matter of minutes I was made to feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands.Jillian is an extraordinary young woman, very pleasing to work with and most of all made the transition of the storeage unit from my son to me with ease.As for the unit itself is was pleased to find the unit was clean, dry and the surrounding area in the same condition. Jen does a wonderful job keeping the entire area clean & neat at all times.My many thanks to both ladies for making a difficult time in my life easier due to their hard work.

I have utilized Mail-n-Pack to ship items I have won in on line auctions in Winchester to southern VA for several years now. I have always been satisfied with their service. The employees I speak to on the phone are pleasant. Their packaging is top-notch for shipping via FedEx which I use. I appreciate the employees and what they do. I would recommend using White Properties and Mail-n-Pack!

I was in the market for a storage unit for the summer and came across White Properties. The associate who helped me was Jillian. She was so courteous and helpful! I won a lot in an auction in Virginia and I was worried the circus it would cause being shipped to Ontario, Canada, EH! The Auctioneer sent my goods to White Properties. Fortunately, Jillian was incredibly helpful with informing me the costs, the logistics and the care she would have wrapping my goods. I moved homes in Winchester and needed a temporary storage until I could move in to my new house. Prices seemed good, so I chose White Properties. The unit was spotless. I ended up talking to one of the workers (Jennifer) who did the cleaning and she went through everything she does for pest control and security too. Very nice lady and made me happy I chose them. Definitely recommended.

The people who work here make this place great! They are always friendly, engaging, helpful, and always professional, and they work hard. Great teamwork is fostered by management and it shows in the employees that work here. I have utilized White Properties for more than 18 years, at various locations they have had over the years. Very reasonably priced postal box rentals, and same for rental units. I really love the fact that you can have UPS and USPS packages shipped to you and since they have an office on site, they handle the storage of the items until you are able to pick them up. Fantastic! Thank you to everyone who has worked here over the years who have been so awesome to me and the other White Properties customers!

I purchased an auction item and needed it shipped. The item was delivered on Monday to White Properties and I received a phone call from Jillian on Tuesday for shipping information. My item was delivered Wednesday in great condition. Jillian was very friendly and professional. Between the auction company and White Properties my first experience shopping this way was stress free. Highly recommend this business.

How happy am I to have received my package in perfect condition in just one day. My vintage Santa was well packaged by Jillian, who was such a kind and caring person. We experienced the absolute best customer service experience ever. I went in yesterday to get information on storage units for my elderly mother. Jillian went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me with all the necessary information needed. I took my mom back today to secure the unit and had the same excellent service from Jillian and Cyn. It's definitely hard to find the type of kindness, and willingness to help us in anyway possible as we found at White properties of Winchester. Thank you ladies! Amazing company, on so many levels. Kristen has been so kind to me, as I navigated legal notarizations of documents, overnight services, as well as copies, and general support during a very sad time. This is the second time I've utilized White Properties, and I can't say enough about the service the cleanliness, and the office staff. Jillian is new at White Properties and great at customer service, walking me through the paperwork, and even carried my packing paper to my car. She's a keeper!

The staff here has been AMAZING at getting me set up with a unit and explaining how the process works. They have auto pay, climate controlled units, and their prices are the best in the area. They also allow month to month renting with no contract required. I'm able to buy box bundles from them as well to assist in moving all of my belongings. If you're looking to rent a storage unit for any amount of time, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Definitely one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They let me prorate my lease and they had everything I needed to pack up my stuff at a really good price. Kristen especially was very kind, efficient, and helpful. She even helped me load all my things into the car!
