White Properties wants to assure our loyal customers that as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to touch our community, our hearts are with all who have been impacted by the virus. As we continue to protect our staff and customers as well as to slow the spread of COVID-19, our hours of operation have been revised to 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Commerce Street office location and 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Rainville Road office location.
We anticipate resuming our normal operating hours by Monday, May 11th, 2020:
Commerce Street: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
Rainville Road: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 10am-5pm, Wednesday – Friday 9am-5pm
Customers with self-storage units will continue to have access to their belongings between the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM, 7 days/week. If you are an existing or new self-storage customer, please reference our Self Storage Operations section below.
