White Properties wants to assure our loyal customers that as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to touch our community, our hearts are with all who have been impacted by the virus. As we continue to protect our staff and customers as well as to slow the spread of COVID-19, our hours of operation have been revised to 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Commerce Street office location and 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Rainville Road office location.

We anticipate resuming our normal operating hours by Monday, May 11th, 2020:

Commerce Street: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm

Rainville Road: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 10am-5pm, Wednesday – Friday 9am-5pm

Customers with self-storage units will continue to have access to their belongings between the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM, 7 days/week. If you are an existing or new self-storage customer, please reference our Self Storage Operations section below.

Our doors are currently open for business with reduced operating hours.  However, we would prefer our customers to practice social distancing by only entering our two office locations if necessary. You can help by utilizing the following other convenient payment/rental options below:
For Payments

    • Our $3 phone fee is temporarily waived

    • First time users must call our office to set up username and password
  • Drop Boxes
    • At all locations for money orders or checks. PLEASE NO CASH PAYMENTS.
    • Payments will be applied to account by next business day.
  • Kiosk *
    • Accepts cash (must have exact change), checks, debit/credit card, money order
    • Kiosk will give you a receipt. Payment credited to account immediately.
    • Use your phone # and unit number to access your account
    • Please use the red button to call for help should you have any difficulties.
For New Rentals

    • We will walk you through the process of renting your new unit and arrange for electronic transfer of paperwork, payment, insurance, locks, keys, etc.

    • Kiosk will give you a receipt. Payment credited to account immediately.
