White Properties wants to assure our loyal customers that as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to touch our community, our hearts are with all who have been impacted by the virus. With the situation continuing to change rapidly, we have made the unfortunate decision to temporarily close our doors to the public for a period of at least two weeks effective Tuesday, March 24th, 2020.
We have reduced our schedule and will have limited staff availability between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Commerce Street and Rainville Road office locations. Customers with self-storage units will continue to have access to their belongings between the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM, 7 days/week.
Currently, we are suspending all Secure Shred shredding services. However, we will remain on call for all Record Solutions file/box requests on an as-needed basis. We will also only be accepting drop-off mail and packages on an as-needed basis at both office locations. We ask that you please contact us in advance at 540-667-1710 (Commerce Street) or 540-868-0205 (Rainville Road) to ensure somebody is available to receive your items.
